Write Your Own Review

Whether you've borrowed a dud or the greatest book, movie or cd you've ever come across, you can share your opinion with the world. If you are a member of the Ipswich Library & Information Service and you have an email address, you can write your own review in the Ipswich Library's online catalogue.

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Find the item you wish to review by doing a keyword search on the Library catalogue.
  2. Click on "Write a review".

If you've posted a review in the catalogue before, then enter your email address and password and write your review (min. 25 words). Please post your own opinions, do not copy from the book jacket or other reviews.

If you've never posted a review in the catalogue before, then click on Register Here and complete the following information:
    • E-mail Address
    • Nickname
    • Password
    • Membership Card Number

Write down your e-mail address, nickname and password for the next time you post a review.
  3. Give the item you are reviewing a rating from 1 to 5, pick a title for your review (not the book's title), and write your review (min. 25 words).
